Zoals beloofd de tweede documentaire over het onderzoek op de pool. Dit keer hebben Claire en Wendy een documentaire gemaakt over het al dan niet ontdooien van sneeuw en ijs en de effecten daarvan op het ecosysteem. Zet het geluid een beetje harder en geniet!

    hi Eva,

    not that I understood all but nicely done!
    Maybe due to my understanding but it sounds a little bit like there’s permafrost all over the area while actually - in Abisko - this is only locally important. The continuous permafrost zone lies further North.

    Hey Simone,

    I agree..However I did not make the documentary myself, it was made by two students attending the Plant-Soil interaction course. Unfortunately I could not help them editing, and checking the content of docu’s before they were finished. (I was enjoying my very much needed after-Abisko holiday while the students were editing the movies:-) Changing stuff in these movies now would take a lot of extra time, so I’ll just leave it as it is..a student project. The main idea of these movies is showing people what kind of research is done in that area and how it looks. But anyway thanks for the comment, the general public shouldn’t be misinformed ofcourse ;-)!
